Neha Foundation was formally constituted as a registered Public Charitable Trust on 5 January 2023 (Trust Deed Registration No. YPR-4-00546-2022-23, registered at the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru).
Neha Foundation operates as a vision-care and community-welfare initiative associated with Neha Opticals. While drawing on optical expertise and voluntary community collaboration to organize free eye-screening drives and spectacle assistance, Neha Foundation maintains a distinct, independent legal identity as a Public Charitable Trust governed by its registered Trust Deed.
Headquartered in Anubhava Nagar, Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, the Foundation focuses on bringing early vision correction, health awareness camps, student education kits, and community support directly to economically weaker neighborhoods.
