1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, using, or making financial contributions through the Neha Foundation digital portal, you acknowledge having read and unconditionally agreed to these statutory terms and operational guidelines.
2. Nature of Contributions & Donations
All voluntary financial donations made to Neha Foundation are irrevocable grants deployed toward charitable field programs in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Community Development. Because funds are rapidly allocated toward immediate physical procurement (school kits, optical lenses, medical camp logistics), donations are generally non-refundable except in demonstrated cases of fraudulent card compromise or duplicate automated billing.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets
The Neha Foundation emblem, registered seal badge, official tagline “Building Hopes For Better Living”, field photographs, and programmatic texts are the protected intellectual property of Neha Foundation Trust. No alteration, unauthorized reproduction, or commercial re-use is permitted without express written consent.
4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of the interpretation of these conditions shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
