2. Use of Donor & Volunteer Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Generate and email official statutory 80G tax exemption donation receipts.
• Coordinate volunteer orientation and camp participation logistics.
• Transmit authorized quarterly newsletters and programmatic impact updates.
• Fulfill statutory audits mandated by the Income Tax Department and Registrar of Trusts.

3. Zero Commercial Monetization Guarantee

We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially monetize donor or volunteer databases to third-party telemarketers, commercial advertisers, or unrelated entities under any circumstance.

4. Payment Security & Data Retention

Financial transactions executed via UPI or online payment gateways utilize bank-grade 256-bit encryption. Neha Foundation does not store credit card CVV codes or confidential net banking passwords on our internal servers.
